About Your Coach
Hello there!
My name is Autumn. I am originally from the East Coast and I was born and raised in the South. I moved to California in 2013 in pursuit of love and I have learned so much about myself during my time here.
My coming out, at 15 years old, was one of the worst times of my life. My mission is to provide hope and light for the hopeless, lost, and discarded so that they may find their purpose, realize their personal value, and what beauty they bring to this world. My relationships, my marriage (especially my divorce), and the rest of my collected life experiences have put me in the unique position of experiencing so much growth. I want to help facilitate that growth in other people by bringing awareness to the uniquely beautiful individuality in everyone so that they feel the love they desire within themselves first.
While going through the most confusing time in my life, Autumn was there for me. She listened without judgement, and I never felt like there was anything I couldn't tell her. She coached me through to the other side of my circumstances and her honesty was so refreshing!
